Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and connective tissue or fascia. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located beneath the surface of the top muscles.

Reflexology
Using acupressure points on the feet to reduce stress and improve health and wellness.
10 minutes - $10 & 30 minutes - $30
Just the Backs - 30 minute massage for your most troubled areas.

Thai massage - Yoga poses and compressions to improve flexibility.
One Hour - $50 for OC Members & $60 Non OC Members
Hot Stone massage
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. The heat is both deeply relaxing and helps tight muscles release.
60 minutes - $50 for OC Members $60 Non OC Member
Paraffin Treatment
Heated paraffin wax coats your hands or feet to soothe achy joints and boost circulation.
Hands - $15 for OC members & $20 for Non OC Members
Feet - $15 for OC Members & $20 for Non OC Members
Both - $25 for OC Members & $35 for Non OC Members
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Chakra Balancing
Balancing your chakras improves your health and wellbeing, physically, mentally and emotionally. Done in the same style of Reiki, this hands on approach helps your body heal itself.
